As you transition into our new app, here are some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that you may find useful:
Q: I only see a few charging sites on the new app, not all sites are there. Why?
A: The official launch date of the new app is on 22nd June 2026. We are migrating our chargers to the new app in stages, starting from 8th June 2026. From 22nd June 2026 onwards, you will be able to access our full network of charging sites on the new app.
Q: I want to charge at different sites. However, some are on the old app and some are on the new app. What should I do?
A: We are in the midst of the transition period from the old app to the new app. To access the chargers respectively, you are required to install both the old and new app, and ensure that there is sufficient wallet balance until 22nd June 2026. After 22nd June 2026, your old wallet balance will be migrated to the new app.
Q: Do I need to reload my wallet immediately in the new app when I register?
A: No, you don’t need to reload your wallet immediately. During our migration on 22nd June, your old wallet balance will be carried over to the new app, and you can use the new app to perform charging activities thereafter. Please just ensure that you register with the same mobile number on the new app to allow this automatic migration.
Q: Should I use the same mobile number while registering in the new app?
A: Yes. As we will perform automatic migration from the old app to the new app, please ensure that you register using the same mobile number to allow a seamless migration.
Q: What happens after 22nd June 2026 if I do not download & register before that?
A: We will deactivate all existing charging sites on the existing app, you won’t be able to view/charge your vehicles with the existing app anymore.
Q: I have RM50 in my current wallet balance. What happens after 22nd June 2026?
A: If you have downloaded and registered at the new app, your wallet balance will be carried over to the new app, and you can use the new app from 22nd June 2026 onwards, to perform charging activities in the new app.
Q: Can I still access the existing app after 22nd June 2026?
A: The app will remain available on your mobile phone (unless you uninstall it), but you won’t be able to see our chargers on the app anymore, and won’t be able to perform charging activities on the existing app. All charging activities will be performed on the new app after 22nd June 2026.
Q: Can I still top-up my wallet in the existing app after 22nd June 2026?
A: No. All top-up access will be deactivated on 22nd June 2026, you will not be able to top-up your wallet after that.
Q: Why are you changing to a new app?
A: Our new app aims to deliver a smoother charging experience with modern interface and more functionalities. Some of the highly sought-after features such as credit card auto-debit, subscription plans, etc will be rolled out in our new app in stages.
