Cancellation & Refund Policy

QuickCharge provides best in class electric vehicle charging services for its customer. Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction.

In an unfortunate event, if you are not satisfied with the services provided, we have the following refund and cancellation policy.

Refund Policy:

  • In case of application issue (double payment or system error), customer can request for refund.
  • For Refund customer need to start the email communication with the support team.
  • In the email, customer should give all the details, including Name, Phone Number, Email ID, Customer Number, Balance Wallet Amount, Transaction ID & Date, Disputed Amount and Reason of Refund.
  • The email ID for sending refund is enquiry@greenenergyev.com
  • Any unused amount in the wallet in not refundable, it can only be used to offset the charging fee at our QuickCharge charging station.

After receipt of communication from the customer, we will notify you if a refund was approved or not. You will be automatically refunded on the disputed amount if it is approved through the QuickCharge e-wallet within 10 working days.
